Held on August 27th in Red Bluff, the tour will begin at 6m with a sunrise shoot, followed by a tour of on-location photography shoots and advanced tips and instruction. During the afternoon, a classroom session will be held which will feature discussion and critiques as well. The cost is $50 for the day-long tour, and space is limited. The instructors are a married photography team who have years of experience to share with students. They have traveled around the world photographing people and places and have done work for stock agencies as well as commercial photography.

A photography tour of Ladakh and the nearby Sunderbans Tiger Reserve will give participants the opportunity to experience the amazing landscape and wildlife of India up close through their camera lens. The wildlife photography travel group Nature Wanderers is organizing the tours, which will be led by an experienced team of professional Indian wildlife photographers.
The Ladakh workshop will be held in the last week of August, and the focus of this tour will be on photographing the high altitude landscape of the region. Special subjects in this region include ancient monasteries and exotic wildlife of the Himalayas. At this time of year, the retreating monsoons reveal a breathtaking array of life in the Sunderbans reserve as well, with excellent birding in the mangroves forest around the delta in September.

A photography tour gives photographers of all skill levels the opportunity to travel while they also improve their shooting skills. These tours are idea for singles or couples, and many start from under $2,000. For example, Strabo photo tours leads travelers on an epic journey to the volcanic landscape of Iceland or the ruins of Mahcu Picchu and everywhere in between.
This company is known for their award winning tour leaders, and they are very good about designing custom tours for travelers who want something different than what is offered on their standard itineraries. Another excellent photo tour company is Ralph Paonessa Photography, which offers group expeditions for those interested in nature photography through breathtaking environments in California and Ecuador. It shouldn't be too surprising that National Geographic also offers a wide range of photography tours around the world.
